Hi everyone,
What are the suggested CS5 or CS4 Premiere Pro export settings to use for export to a web site? I'm sure CS4 will be the same.

I'm shooting with a 7d using 1080P at 30fps. Successfully uploaded using Quicktime, but way too slow for a visitor to my web site. There must be a faster way. I get emailed small videos all the time that have instant opening and play even on an old computer, so speed shouldn't be an issue.

Been using CS5 for 2 weeks and learning this program really quickly, but I'm stumped here. I've searched this forum and the net for days, so appreciate your help or direction to threads.

Mostly I want a very fast download load time even if quality suffers somewhat. Folks won't stick around waiting for a slow download of a bird preening.

It's too early for CS5 Premiere Pro books so I'm looking for the best CS4 Premiere Pro book/s. This should provide the detailed knowledge to work with the finer points. I'll buy CS5 books when they become available.

Try one of the F4V presets. More information is here:

The Premiere Pro Classroom in a Book is good.

If the web is your main source of concern, then you need to chase down, and educate yourself on exporting for the web..It's a specialized trait in itself, and goes beyond "what's the best setting" question...

I'd recommend buying Arahon Robinowitz's (http://store.creativecow.net/p/64/internet_killed_the_video_star) tutorial..
From that point on, you can make a more educated decision on customer's needs.
