A good story, pretty well acted, filmed and put together. I enjoyed it.

I would have liked to have seen a pic of the place they bought before they visitied it. Maybe there could have been more dismay when they saw the wreck and a lot more - 'there has been a mistake' type dialogue.

Sound is hard to get right and I am only an amateur. I noticed some of this seemed dubbed. I have shot a short with a home video camera and the sound was terrrible. I don't know what you used, but I read in other posts, here that using a boom and doing two or three takes to get the sound from each actor is important.

Overall, well done a great short, entertaining and a good story. Well done.

With regards

Jeff

I saw this house with buddy of mine, we called the Realtor, the house was going to be demolished, 3 hours later we Wrote this script. I shot it with Canon HFS10 without a crew.. It was fun..

Thank you both for the feedback, I appreciate it very much. Yes, some of the sound was dubbed. I had the Mic on light stand as close as possible to the actors as I had no one but me and I dubbed some sound in the car scenes as I could not clean the noise although I tried. it is hard to eliminate the noise in some cars going on the freeway. I did not want to shoot with green screen. Thanks
