Working a tecnical issue for a client. Does anyone know anything about IRIG B timecode and how specifically to convert it to SMPTE for use as AUX timecode?

IRIG B is used to sync radio stations transmitting atomic clock info.
Way different than SMPTE.

That's why it requires an expensive 5k black box for the conversion. So it is possible, just not in software. This is for a NASA application/test.
