I know the DSLRs were supposed to be Photography made but since you can shoot video...I was curious does this mean you can grab "Photography" like photos from the moving video? Or will the quality be dumbed down a bit?

A frame grab from the video is at best 1920x1080.

Also, we generally run a shutter speed of 1/50 or 1/60 and include people and/or camera movement. Unless you're shooting with a wide lens far from the action, the frame grabs will have image blur. Add to that the aliasing and h.264 compression, and the result is well below what you can do with still RAW captures.

All that said, if you can find a good grab with little motion blur, it's usually more than good enough for web pictures.
