This was filmed over a couple of TOUGH training sessions. FORTUNATELY for me, I was injured and couldn't take part..........so I took the opportunity to get behind the lens. Filmed with Canon HV30 and Canon XH-A1, which I think match superbly. Stills are a Canon 450D.
