Howdy,
I am in pre-production for a short and am looking for some time-lapsed footage of a sunset or sunrise for an effect I am experimenting with. In a perfect world it would be with the camera faced the opposite direction of the sun (east at sunset, west at sunrise). Even more perfect would have water in it somewhere (a lake, bay, ocean, whatever). I am not going to use the footage in the film, just want to study the color and luminance shifts for an effect. Please let me know!

The stock footage site Videoblocks.com is offering a free trial period where you can download stock footage for free for a 2 week period. They have several sunrise/sunset shots in both real time and time lapse that may work for you. Good luck.
