Hi I need some software that will batch convert about a hundred high deffintion video clips shot with a canon t2i camera to really low resolution youtube around 320x240? I know I can do them one by one in a video editor, but I'd really rather avoid all that! thanks!

Mpeg Streamclip can do it.
Bonus: It's free

Great. now my next question. I want to put a "picture frame" around the video clips or perhaps just a banner at the bottom for coporate sponsorship. Is ther any software that will batch do this?
thanks!

Virtualdub can do that.
But I know of no programs that can do both things you just asked. Not that there aren't any. I am just not aware of any. Maybe someone will chime in with a killer response!
