I'm planning to buy Canon 5D and I wanna know what CF card should I buy with it. I dont have much money... So I was wondering, Is there some 16GB or 32GB card which doesnt cost more than $60 and is suitable for shooting videos with 5D?

I have a 32 gig Kingston I purchased from a DVinfo sponsor for my 7d, Now I'm using SD cards so I'll sell it to you if you're interested. Great card, low mileage. brian.luceAT mailcity.com

Peter,

I look for CF cards when they go on sale. you need a write speed of at least 30mbs. I just paid 150.00 cdn for a 16gb Extreme IV. That's about as good as I've seen. But remember compared to good tape stock, CF cards are cheap, last a helluva long time and are completely reusable. I've been using several over and over for 2 years. Personally I use 8 and 16gb cards mostly.

I have the 16GB version of this:

Amazon.com: Transcend 32 GB Compact Flash Card 400X (Blue): Computer & Accessories

But I'd buy the 32 or 64 today, that's where the sweet spot is.
