Has anyone used or have information about the Cavision shoulder mount for the XF series?

I have their DSLR shoulder rig, which consists of the same components. It doesn't work too well with the shoulder pad attached. It places the butt of the camera right in your face.

I basically took off the shoulder pad and put a small cushion at the end of the rail (using it as a type of gun stock style stabilizer) and just rest the back of the camera on my shoulder, works much better and with the two handle system it's a breeze.
