Hello,

I will need a descent sound recorder for this camera and the one that a lot of people seem to suggest is one of this 2. What is the main differences? For start will it give me good audio to just shoe mount it straight to the camera? 1/4 shoe mount it is right? I know how the thing goes t othe camera, but how does the recorder attach to it?

Money wise whats better?
