i'm rendering sample clips from my nikon d7k and i wanted to play back trough my wdtv on my super lcd tv.
Now i wanna ask you what file format should i render to preserve the best quality to be seen on my megascreen?
Shouldn't be an option to match the output format to the original file captured?

but i have a question: how to avoid the jello effect?

Vegas 10? Use the Stabilizer.

That camera has a CMOS sensor so the answer is unfortunately yes :(

right.....

there are ways to avoid it; the simplest to shoot without panning (too rapidly), and ways to 'correct' it (sort of) - as mentioned above.

but why anyone would want to shoot 'serious' video on a hdslr is beyond me - don't bother trying to explain dof, great imagery, etc., it's completely wasted on me ;-)*
