Anyone can help me clean dirty spot on footage in Adobe CS3.
(I must have some dirt on my lens)

Hi Miro. Depends how big and where the spot is, but if you have After Effects create an adjustment layer above your footage, make a mask around your spot on the adjustment layer, feather the mask and then add Effects/Fast Blur and set the blur amount to wash the spot out. If the blurring creates problems try duplicating your footage and on the top layer mask out the spot (invert it in your mask settings so that it makes a hole in your footage), then move your bottom layer a tiny amount to 'fill in the hole'. One of those might work for you.

Okay, have a try at this. In Premiere have two layers of your footage. Title/New Title/Default Still - use the Elipse tool (Shortcut E) and draw a white, filled circle around the spot and save the title. In your timeline add the 'title' as your top layer. Add Video Effects/Keying/Track Matte Key to the video layer under the title and set the Track Matte Key/ Matte to the title layer (probably Video 3). Add Effects/Blur & Sharpen/Fast Blur to the same layer and set the Blurriness level to wash out the spot.
As in my first post If the blurriness is a problem:
Delete the Fast Blur effect and in the Track Matte Key settings tick the 'Reverse' box, then move the lowest layer slightly to see if you can 'fill in the hole' that the Matte is creating in your upper layer. Use the Motion/Position settings in the Effects Controls of the lower layer to move it.
