I am getting .mov files from the BBC online that are HD PAL. I need to use Compressor to make them into HD NTSC .mov files. What are the compressor settings you like to use that keep the best image possible?

If you have HD .MOV files then they are not PAL as like NTSC that is an analogue TV standard. What is the problem you are trying to solve?

I guess he's talking about the framerate (NTSC = 60 fps, PAL = 50 fps). It doesn't make "HD PAL" correct in any way, but I've heard such reference before.

In that case it would be 30fps & 25fps. Either way it doesn't matter if it's going to viewed on a computer monitor.
