When doing multiple camera shoots, can the XF305 be synced with a XF300 or would it require a second XF305 or camera with a jack plate?

Chris Hurd June 12th, 2011, 05:58 PM Requires another camera equipped with Time Code Input and / or GenLock. The XF305 and XF105 qualify, but the XF300 and XF100 do not. Sander Vreuls June 12th, 2011, 06:03 PM Wouldn't you be able to use the XF300 as the host by using it's video output (analog composite) to sync the XF305 to? These camera's still use normal sync and not tri-level right? |
