i was able to get invited to this year's CineGear show in LA and stumbled upon this new rig that looks amazing... I was told its new design is aimed for pros.

They had an F3 from Sony with a high quality lens on it.

And those handles, i mean WOW!! you gotta try it out!

Check this out!

The adjustments look really interesting - and quick. They seem to have their own built-in sound effects!

It's interesting how Charles simply "stumbled upon" this rig at a trade show, as if he had never seen or heard of it before and just had to share the news about his amazing discovery. And yet, in March of 2009, Charles identified himself as being directly employed by (or at least officially affiliated with) the very same company that makes those rigs, as evidenced at this link: http://www.dvinfo.net/forum/shoulder-handheld-supports/143682-check-camera-support-2.html#post1027088 -- this is a perfect demonstration of shilling, and it results in a closed account.

Since the F3 has an adjustable LCD "eyepiece," why not position it further forward until the center of gravity is between the lens and body? Put a shoulder pad there, and no bulky rig is necessary.
