I'm still trying to find the FCP X User Manual as pdf. However if you go to http://help.apple.com/finalcutpro/mac/10.0/# and click the little printer in the upper right corner you can print to a pdf (or a printer.) The formatting is not great though.

I'm pretty sure a PDF of FCP X will follow. It was the same with FCS 3, first there were no PDF's, then program by program they added the PDF's.
