What are you guys using in the way of Mac software to download camera cards, backup, move video files in a reliable exact copy verified way ?

I have just started using Carbon Copy Cloner to backup the OS on a new MacBook Pro but find it doesn't have the option to verify what it copies (it's due to be a feature in the next release) so I can't use it to deal with files coming off my camera.

I use the 'compare' function in Toast as a CRC check.
