Dose the F3 record WITH a 2-3 pulldown when recording @720p 23.98 onto the internal sxs cards?

No pulldown on SxS cards. You can set the video outputs to 60i and if you are shooting 24p it will insert pulldown on the output stream. So if you were going to an external recorder there would be pulldown to deal with but if you are going to take the clips off the SxS cards there is no pulldown.
