Just shot a music vid, for the band I'm in, on a d7000. Thought you guys might like to see. Used a 35 1.8 for almost all of it except the wide stuff shot on a tokina 12-24. It was all extremely low light for a lot of it esp. the black light scenes so I was practically wide open on the 35 which made focusing difficult esp, as it was mostly hand held with our makeshift steady cam. I thought the camera did really well considering the circumstances. First time shooting a music vid, learned a lot. Next time we'll be more methodical to make editing a little less tedious…

Thanks Russ, will definitely let you know if we find a way to make it out there. That pic actually started as a self portrait and then we put my brothers head on mine because his hair was better and he wrote the song haha.
