I am running a pc with i7 processor, 16 gb ram. I just added geforce 570 per adobes requiremets ( had ATI Radon). Now when I combine file types ( avchd project) and add mov files from d7000 . Premiere will play the Mov in the source monitor but for some reason it flickers betweenthe avchd files in the project panel and the mov I am trying to play.

When I installed the graphics card I failed to uninstall the drivers from the ati card prior to the install of the Nvidia Geforce. Could this be creating a problem.? However, it appears to be working properly otherwise ( shows up a
hardware accelration during initial project setup).

Any help would be appreciated, greatly.

I just went and moved them into different bins thinking this would help. Now neither play in the source monitor at all.

I am so tired of all these glitches !!

I was running a pc laptop with I7 processor and was having problems playing the files from my d7000 ( the mov files ) and decided that it would run much better on my desktop. I just invested in 16 gb of ram , the geforce 570, and upgraded power supply ( around $800 ) and now more problems ??

Again, any help would be greatly appreciated. I am SO frustrated.
