Hi there.

My PMW350 when in 5600 Preset mode has a slight Magenta tinge to the picture. Cant see anything obvious in the settings but I am not really sure what I am looking for.

Picture looks fine when white balanced.

Any ideas?

Is this under all light conditions? Have you tried reseting the menus in case there is a an offset dialled in for the preset white somewhere?

I performed the "All Reset" and it seems to look better so far. I think perhaps someone had tweaked a setting somewhere but I just couldn't pinpoint it.
