Hi all,

Been using CS5 for a while and I upgraded to 5.
(I shoot with Canon DSLR and wanted to edit nativley)

The footage plays back from the timeline great, smooth, but when I scrub (ie drag the timeline marker with the mouse) it is anything but smooth.

I edit on a core i7 3.2
24gb RAM
Window 7 ultimate
Geforce GTX 470 (Adobe CUDA approved)

I'm sure before with CS5 it was fine, but with 5.5 there is lag when scrubbing?

I updated to 5.51, an update vie the adobe website (as advised on an adobe forum) but still no luck

Anyone else having this issue?

I am experiencing the same issues with CS5.5.1. I have a Mac Pro, 2x3.0 ghz, 10GB ram, no nVidia GPU. The 7D footage plays fine (if i don't add effects) but when I go to scrub the CTI, the Program monitor can't keep up with my scrubbing. Very frustrating.
