I wonder if someone can direct me to the right source.
2 days ago I went ahead and paid the $600 for Sony Vegas pro 11.
Since then I have so many problems that I can not use the program.
It is very upsetting knowing I paid so much money and it does not work.
it looks like the only way to maybe solve the problem is buy a technical support ticket and that will be over $100.00 since I have about 4 problems with Sony Vegas 11.
It just make me a bit confuse knowing I just spent $600.00 for the software and will have to spend $100 more for support.
First I am not sure if I should be upset about that.
wonder if there is any free Sony Vegas support.

Perhaps you could start by saying what problems you're having???

Generally there is a support call included with a new purchase or upgrade. Over the years they have resolved several issues for me and it has proven to be worth the time.

The people on this board are more in tune to what going on in Vegas than any support geek at Sony Creative. Everyone here is more than willing to give you an educated opinion about your issues. If you let people know what issue is, you will usually have help getting it straightened out.

You need to start with what you are running on and if 32 or 64 bit.

Always try before you buy?

Thank you all for your willingness to help.
I contact Sony Vegas and they will forward it to the technical support.

The main problem I have (See post) http://www.dvinfo.net/forum/what-happens-vegas/501846-stabilize-levels.html

I did found that when there is no Neo Scene files and GPU is off, level is back to normal and stabilize does work.
