Hi everybody,

Just wanted to give a good report for Rick Kelly at Nanoflash.net. I ordered goods from them recently, and due to a simple clerical mistake I was going to have to pay GST and customs fees, even though FedEx was advised that it was a simple clerical error.
Even with thanksgiving, Rick was great paying the fees, which were as much as the item actually cost me, and even offering to resend the goods at no cost in case customs sent them back due to a 48hour clause.

So I highly recommend them to anyone, great service, greatly appreciated.

I 3rd that... Rick and team always come thru and the products like cables are great quality.

I can only recommend excellent customer service from Rick. Has been sending gear to us in AUstralia for some time, and always responsive to our needs. Replaced a faulty 128 gb CF card instantly without question. Got our gemini in double quick time. A pleasure working with him
