I have a project that has 24P footage from canon 7D and Nikon, fx1000 footage converted by neoscene to 24p (HDV).
I would like to render it to HD 24p highest format quality posible with audio to play it on the computer,
What out format to go with?

That largly depends on what computer you are playing it back on. PC? MAC? Playing it back just to view or projection or in a TV. The highest quality you can render to (AVI uncompressed) will choke any computer, how "high" you can go depends on what's in the box your playing it on.

Back in the days when my primary camera was the Sony FX1000 I render it to MPEG-2 HDV 1080 60I with audio.
I am looking for the same option just HD 1080 24P

For Mac or Win 7, either 720-24P@5Mbps .mp4 (common streaming) or 1080-24P@15Mbps .mp4 (fast streaming, disc, or flash/SD). You can go higher, but the quality makes only minor improvements and the ability of many computers to keep up diminishes.

For older PC's, same specs, just using .wmv. .wmv loses a tad of clarity and sometimes "adjusts" colors a tad, adding a little red in my experience.
