I have been interested in this lens for quite some time to go on my 5d and t3i. It was announced last August. However, it hasn't shipped yet. I did give them a call today to inquire about when they would ship and the gentlemen on the phone said it would be this week. Not sure it's written in stone and can't confirm but that's what the guy from Rokinon said to me. I just thought this would be helpful for anyone else that was waiting on this lens for the past 7 months.

I have this lens (along with Rokinons 14, 35, &. 85mm). This 24mm is fantastic, and only a 3rd of what Canons cost. I highly recommend it. Great on 5D Mk II & III's and other full framesfor video. This completed my basic prime set.

Great lens, highly recommend it. That and the 35mm f/1.4. I've recommended both for the BMCC, but they'll be excellent on the Canons too.
