If you don't need DVDA Pro, DVD Architect Studio 5.0 is only $40 direct from Sony and does Blu-ray creation/authoring.

Is DVDA Pro the same thing ...just bundled with Vegas Pro 11?

Sorry Vince but I have no idea what the differences are between DVDA Pro and DVD Architect Studio.
There's a free trial so you have nothing to lose by trying it out.
