Is it possible to create a project with DVD style menus and video that would work from flash memory?

If the question isn't clear, what I mean to ask is how would you go about writing a DVD style video complete with operational menus that would work from a PS3, computer, etc?

I am using Adobe CS5.5 creative suite.

There is an option in Encore to export the project as Flash with all the menus, videos, etc. I never used it, but it might be a good place to start exploring the topic.

I have been selling the Flash export on USB drive / online playback as an upgrade option. If you are using Encore, you can export it as Flash. It will generate an index.html plus all other media files. Works very well. it maintain all the DVD menus and navigation structure. Pretty cool.
