View Full Version : Content Management Utility Problem

When I import MPEG2 files with the Content Management Utility software from the NX5 after a while I get the message " Importer has stopped working" and want to close the program. When importing though MPEG4 HD files from the 128GB Flash memory unit everything is OK. What do you think might be the problem? It was working before. The cards I use are the SanDisk Extreme HD 32GB 10.

Do you have antivirus program running?

Ron No I haven't got any antivirus program running, but what I did was to install the latest Microsoft win 7 updates as well as uninstall the CMU and re-install it and all is OK now. Thank God. So I don't really know which of the 2 helped the update or the re-installation.
