Here is a video I shot with a FS700, F3 and NEX5N while at Broadcast Asia in Singapore.

Really nice shots and editing!
So, how is your verdict on the FS700 compared to the F3?

In the video I can clearly see tack sharp and soft footage. So there must be a massive resolution difference between those 3 cameras.
For Example: The shot at 0:10 is very detailed while the shot at 0.32 is soft.

Some of the sharpness differences are due to lens differences. The F3 had my Samyang 14mm f2.8 which is incredibly sharp even wide open while the FS700 had the 18-200mm kit lens which is not at it's best wide open and is a bugger to focus precisely.

I'm still evaluating the FS700 and have more tests to do before I say anymore about the differences between them.

I'm curious: did you use a fixed exposure for the sunset-timelapses?
Or did you change anything during the proces?

I used auto shutter and auto iris. I find this the best way to get from brilliant daylight to night without having to flick the ND filters out as the sun goes down.

Very cool. I've been experimenting with time lapse on the FS100, still haven't got it right yet. I'll have to try auto iris and ISO.
