A few months back shot with a DP that used "Cine Tape". It was florescent colored tape was made of 1/4 thick foam. He used it to mark stop points on his lens and larger chunks to fit handles better. I've been searching across the web and haven't found anything like it. Any ideas? I don't have his contact info otherwise I would bother him.
