Hey guys, just saw that B&H has Transcend Class 10 32gig cards on sale for $22 right now, and was considering picking a few up. Does anyone have recommendations for other cards that're relatively cheap? I wouldn't mind a few more 16s if they're cheaper.

Thanks,
Evan

All Class 10 cards are not equal. It depends on your device.
BH have Sony on sale (July 31) class 10 32GB for 21 dollars. the same card sony will sell you for 68.
I have had problems with Transend and A-Data, never Panasonic, Sony or PNY.

I have so many cards but I bought four more Sony's this week because i need to have spares as I back up all footage on hard drives and 25GB Blurays Disc. BluRays I pay less than 2 dollars for (kodak label and others from Shoptech).
I also use cineform for editing but save just project files when my productions are complete. If I ever need additional footage I have original files on stored naked hard drives or the original files on 25GB Bluray-r.

A cheap card and saving 10 bucks is not worth it for the type of work I do where it cannot be recreated therefore no more Transend or A-Data

Love my Pelican CF and SD card holders. They are a little bulky but over all I just feel a lot better knowing that my footage is safe.
