When you click the down arrow alongside the undo button, you get a list of editing actions taken from the most recent back...not sure how many back it goes but it could be quite a lot it appears.

Is there any way to selection only specific items in the list, rather than every item back from the last to where you want to go. So for example...if 10 or 15 commands ago I did something I would now like to reverse, is it possible to go to that command alone in the list and reverse it?

When you select an item in that list, it will undo everything back to that item.
