Well, we bought the NEX FS700 after renting one.

Got it in this week, went out to shoot some video this morning. Had to put the loupe on and off several times. Didn't get it clipped back on securely, I guess, because it fell off. About four feet to the grassy yard.

Broke it. One element came out.

I've never used an external monitor, but I ordered the SmallHD DP-6 today. That seems like a better solution.

In the meantime, what's the contact info for Sony repair service?

Can someone here share the info on how to contact Sony for a repair on the magnifying loupe/eyepiece?
