Or you can get it for $10 cheaper than that any time from B&H or Amazon. Both are $289 all of the time

Can the 4TB version do a RAID 1,5 or 6?

All G-RAIDs come pre-formatted as RAID0. There is no other option.

The G-Speed Q (4 bay units) can be formatted as RAID0 or RAID5
