I am thinking of getting the Canon EF-S 10-22mm zoom for the FS700, but don't know if it will fit on the Metabones adaptor and cover the Sony sensor on this camera.

My Tokina 11-16mm (canon mount) covers the FS700 sensor, so I assume that the Canon 10-22mm will also cover the sensor. The Canon is only 1mm wider than the Tokina and both are designed for 1.6x crop sensors.

Per the Metabones site, users are reporting that the Canon EF-S 10-22mm lens will work with this adapter. Looks like you're in luck.

I actually just used the Canon 10-22mm EF-S today on my FS700 (with the metabones) on a shoot. Works just fine for me - no unnatural vignetting issues in the footage I've looked at so far.

Finally ordered the Canon 10-22 and it works fine on the FS700 with the Metabones adaptor.

Sweet little lens.
