The menue page is in 4 x3 Format How do I change it to 16 x 9 to match rest of project?

Go to 'File' and click on 'Optimize Disc'. When that box opens up click on 'Project Properties'. You will be able to change the aspect ratio here from 4X3 to 16X9.

You can also get there without going to 'File' simply by clicking on the 'Optimize' button when 'Review Message List' box opens as you are preparing to burn the disc.
