Just finished render a 5-minute video, using Vegas Pro 12. I used the Sony AVC template, the file is .mp4. Playing with Windows Media Player, video is fine, but no audio. Any idea why?
Thanks,

View Full Version : No sound when playing .avc file? Norris Combs January 25th, 2013, 07:38 PM Just finished render a 5-minute video, using Vegas Pro 12. Thanks, Norris Combs January 25th, 2013, 09:10 PM Upon closer inspection, the "Include Audio" check box (under the Audio tab) in the Main Concept AVC template is grayed out, the box is not selectable. That's weird. How do I activate that tab? Please see the attached screenshot. Thanks!!!! http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a67/delldude/audiotab.jpg Juris Lielpeteris January 26th, 2013, 01:28 AM You can not have the audio, if you have chosen Blu-ray 1920x1080-60i, 25 Mbps video stream Norris Combs January 26th, 2013, 02:46 AM Thanks Juris, I will render a separate audio stream. When I used Vegas Pro 8, Main Concept AVC and Sony AVC both allow audio and video together, that's what threw me off. Now I know Vegas 12 likes them separate.
