Although a bit dated, I've come across a DVX that I'd like to resurrect. I've got some troubleshooting to do yet to see if there's power coming out of the adaptor I've got for it (it does light up -- but I haven't verified outgoing current yet), but I've got a nice looking DVX that won't power on at all even when plugged in. If I can get it running, I can sell it and get more gear for my current setup. Is there a clock battery door I can check anywhere (this was the fix for my Canon XL1s, and electronics are electronics)... I'm down for cheap fixes if I can arrange it, but I will step up the repair budget a bit once I get that replaced.

If not, does anyone want to buy/trade for a used DVX 100b for parts?

I know that this is an old thread, but out of curiosity: Did you ever find a fix for the "not powering up" problem?
