I know ProRes is a 10 bit codec but I thought that only ProResHQ 220Mb/s is 10 bit coming from the Ki Pro Mini with a 10 bit SDI source. Or are all the ProRes flavors coming from the KPM 10 bit.

Steve C. - All of the "flavors" of Apple ProRes 422 are 10-bit. You can read all of the details about Apple ProRes 422 here:
http://images.apple.com/finalcutpro/docs/Apple_ProRes_White_Paper_October_2012.pdf

You may be thinking of Avid DNxHD where only the highest quality, "220Mbps" version is 10-bit.

I hope this information is helpful,
