Probably a silly question but I need to make a PAL DVD of a wedding video. I know how to make PAL from the Dynamic Link before I build the menus, but I've already built this one in NTSC and made copies. I've looked at the build menus but I don't see where I can convert it.

Hey Art, I don't wanna tell you what to do, but FYI, most people in PAL country can play our NTSC discs.
I've sent many an NTSC disc over to Europe, and they all played fine.

Peter is correct.
We in Pal-land can play ntsc discs without any issue.
Converting ntsc dvd to pal is not a good idea.
Ntsc is off lesser scanlines then pal, hence qualityloss in pal-dvd.

Guess I never knew that. It's the Ukraine and I've sent 2 PAL DVD in the past.
