It's great as it cost me just $4k outer hebridean dollars and it even has super surround 5.1 digital sound capability! I have been assured that it will be fully on the market along with a $4k 7inch monitor next April ;0)

I don't see any "raw" indication on the camera, I"m guessing it's from Black magic meaning first promise but deliver later?

I just got off the phone having talked Bollocks at great deal with the development guys and they e-mailed me the latest Digitail and Roar firmware upgrades!

No mention of any Black Magic but as I haven't seen inside the camera I am sure that some form of Magic is being utilised!

I would like this forK camera if it were sixtypee. I find I need that many pees these days. Someone told me that forK is already having two thousand pees! But only down the side of the forK. I would find that a very efficient way of arranging them.

Also it would be good if it had 10 bits. But on the website the box contents only added up to nine bits if you include the usb cable.
If they could add a few more bits they could compete more effectively in today's camera market. Maybe add a wrist strap and a different size rubber thing for the viewfinder.

Looks very much like a Sony design and Sony font on the LCD body. Would make a lot of sense, especially given that they are at the forefront of the 4K revolution. Typical Sony to add a consumer-ish touch via Dolby 5.1.

I'd bet my BMW it's a Sony Handycam prototype.
