ARRI has announced the AMIRA, but has not released the pricing or started taking orders.
So for now, ARRI has given us permission to begin collecting the names of customers interested in the camera to notify when pricing and availability is finally announced.

Here's an update from ARRI:
ARRI is close to determining pricing and configurations for the AMIRA.
Due to the fact that ARRI has yet to select authorized dealers (or even announce that there will be ANY dealers besides direct purchase from ARRI), they have asked everyone to discontinue their interest lists.
If you see ANY dealer displaying a "pre-order" page online, know that this is NOT authorized by ARRI, and that company has no idea if they will be able to fulfill any orders they take.
I wanted to post this for full transparency so that no one would be mislead by deceptive sales practices.

Aside from direct purchase from ARRI, Abel Cine has been officially added as a dealer for the AMIRA.

ARRI said earlier this month that they'd have their package info and pricing together "soon".
I'm also holding out hope that there will be some additional dealers announced - as 1 dealer doesn't really establish a "dealer channel". We shall see.

The AMIRA is rumored NOT to be on site at SUNDANCE 2014.
