I am seeing talk about this lens always having shaky problems when used on a tripod because the IS never shuts off even though the user does manually turn off the IS? Goes anyone else see this? Has Panasonic admitted this and corrected the problem? The users say the problem is only tripod use and handheld works good with IS.

This is very old news Alex. Panasonic resolved this issue with a firmware update early this year. The Lumix 12-35 is a great lens.
