sorry in my language I have a bit of confusion about how are intended multicore and multi pair cable. Are them same thing?
I was looking for on web a cable to build a breakaway hirose cable for sound devices mixers, I read in techsheets that cable is a multi pair, but any multicore snake cable should be ok?

No. "Multi-core" and "multi-pair" are not the same thing.

No. "Multi-core" and "multi-pair" are not the same thing.
And "multi-pair" does not always mean shielded pair suitable for audio.
"Snake" typically means multiple shielded pairs suitable for audio.

19 core lighting cable is multi-core (and unsheilded, of course).
Audio cables of the balanced varieties come in pairs (denoting the two cores, plus on most, a screen) However cat5 type cables are also multi-pair - as are the similar looking telephone cables.
Video distribution can be via multicore cable too - this time with individually screened 75Ohm coax.
