Ok, so with FS700 4K raw at 60 frames per second coming with the next firmware update, those files will be huge.

I know you guys are working on an agreement with a certain very popular company for licensing their codec. I hope this comes to fruition as fast as the forward thinkers at Sony potentiated their FS700 sales with the licensing agreement. If it were in time for NAB, all the better.

Now that 4k raw is around the corner, dive size becomes more of an issue. As to SDD's larger than 512's, is the plan to have something larger ready by NAB, or is that a pie in the sky pope dream?

Does the 7Q have the processing power to do 4K RAW at frame rates higher than 60? I find that 240fps is awesome for cine and commercial slo-mo, with anything higher not used so much. If not what about 4k at 240 fps as a Schmo-Schmez codec? Still enough processing power?

Does anyone have some online educational resources for using the advance monitors on external displays like scopes, etc.? That's a hand on class I'd pay for.

The FS700 maxes out with continuous output at 60fps in 4k RAW.

Dear Chris,

Thank you for answering the question about the maximum frame rate possible from the FS700 in 4K Raw mode.

Dear Dave,

The 4K Raw files are large, they will be the same size as the 2K at 240 fps.

Yes, larger SSD's are on our roadmap. We expect to offer these later this year.

I will provide more information later, when we can make the announcement.

Respectfully,
