Hi,

I'm trying to find out how to activate the O7Q FS700 recording option once I get it on Tuesday. I will only have that day to prep before our shoot starts wednesday so Im trying to do as much as I can prior.

I registered myself on the Convergent Design website and tried to click on the Activate link. It comes up with a text "You do not have access to view this tab within the portal.". Ive tried on my Mac and PC and the same thing happens. On PC chrome I get a SQL exception error though...

So looks like somethings amiss?

Did you try deleting your cache and cookies and restarting your browser? It works fine for me.

Just tried and same result on five different browsers across all my devices - PC, Mac and iPhone...

This is the SQL error I sometimes get trying to login.

Got a reply from CD via twitter and they fixed it for me. Thanks!
