Strange question I guess, I've gone through and inserted clips in reverse order from what I actually want, is there a way to select all the clips in a sequence and just reverse their order in the sequence? Thanks..

I don't know if this will work, but, if you go to the Project window (where all your files are stored), click at the top to sort them in reverse order, select them all and "automate to sequence",
If you've done any editing to the original clips it obviously won't work.
