I'm curious how to get all the little graphical and text elements floating on the screen seen throughout this video, especially at 0:23. Is this taken from a stock element site? If so, which ones should I look at? If it's done from scratch are there any tutorials that could help me create them? I'm guessing it's done in After Effects. Thanks.

And yes, AE is a great tool to do the motion tracking you need to match the movement.
