I'd like to use an A6000 with a speedbooster as a second camera to my A7S, but I'm in love with shooting SLOG-2. Is there anyway to match the A6000 footage or is it way too laborious?

Ivan Mosny October 16th, 2015, 03:55 PM You have to transform slog2 to REC 709 - so there are at the end not significant differences between the pitures - except greater dynamic range. You can set A6000 very flat too. I use both cameras togehther - A6000 as a flying camera. To make my NEX-5R more closely match the A7S I put contrast at -3, saturation at +2, and sharpness at +1. If you want to shoot flat you can also dial back saturation if you're trying to shoot flat. Portrait and neutral have great dynamic range. |
